cnc137 Design is the freelance web design and development business owned and operated by myself, Chris Zavatchen. Located in the Cleveland, Ohio area, I have 10+ years of experience creating and developing websites and web-based applications for a Fortune 500 company.
Creating websites using Web Standards, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, Invision Power Board, Gallery2, OpenX, Adobe Fireworks and Photoshop, while keeping in mind accessibility and usability is my specialty.
I also have the skills to integrate Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, and other social networking sites into the websites I create.
Plus, every website cnc137 Design develops is search engine optimized (SOE). This means the sites are created with the proper keywords and structure to allow them to be listed high in the search engine rankings.

Designed, developed, and maintained the company’s Internet, Intranet, Extranet, and Portal websites with a group of five other developers. Developed custom web-based applications using PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL. Hand-coded custom semantic XHTML and CSS Dreamweaver templates. Created custom logos and buttons for multiple web-based applications using Adobe Fireworks and Photoshop.
