Created this web-based application to allow the submission, tracking and reporting of employee referrals for the company’s Employee Referral Program. This application was developed using PHP and jQuery and uses a custom MySQL database I created.
The application has generated more than 2,000 submissions which have helped the company hire over 120 individuals in the first year of use. I also created the interface design, layout, color scheme, and logo for Employee Referral Program application. The application's layout and navigation was also developed using Semantic XHTML and CSS.
